Return and Exchange policy
All eligible items must be returned within 7 days of tracked reception. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached, and sanitary liner. A new size can be ordered free of charge by contacting us.
A new size will be sent after the reception of the other piece in perfect condition. However, if after the reception of the new size no purchase happens and a refund is requested we’ll be forced to charge the shipping & return fee (amount depending on destination).
Items purchased from momocobikini.com are eligible for a full refund of the product in store credit. Item must be returned within 7 days of reception of the goods. A flat rate of 10 USD will be charged to cover the shipping fee's. Refund in store credit will be done 3-5 days after tracked reception of the pieces.
Sale items and accessories are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale items include any orders purchased at a discount including items bought with discount or promo codes.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip. Any exchange or refund will only be made after delivery of the goods in the above described condition.
HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
2. A shipping label will be generated, please print the shipping label and the return form. Place your items back in the packaging you received along with the return form and seal. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package and drop off at your nearest shipping location. This should happen within 7 days of reception.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return/refund to be processed.
All Shippings for swimwear pieces & home interior will be brought to you via tracked shipping. After your payment is processed you will receive a tracking code to follow your shipping.
